Welcome to ChatHub!

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement entered between you and ChatHub and its affiliates (collectively ChatHub,” “we,” or “us”) in connection with your use of the ChatHub service (“ChatHub”). In these Terms, "you" refers both to you as an individual and to the entity you represent. By using ChatHub, you consent to these Terms of Service.

1. Your Use of ChatHub.

1.1 Use of ChatHub. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ChatHub and its bots.

1.2 User Acknowledgments. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Bots accessed via ChatHub should not be relied upon during emergencies; bots may claim to perform actions for you in the real world but may have not taken any action besides responding to you;
• Bots accessed via ChatHub may not generate accurate information and information provided may be out of date. You should independently verify responses or advice provided by any bots on ChatHub. ChatHub does not provide any warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy of any information provided via ChatHub;
• ChatHub's service availability is not guaranteed. We will try our best to keep the service up and running, but we cannot guarantee the availability of the service in the event of natural disasters, change of owners, dependency service outages, and other reasons.
• By using ChatHub, you agree to receive important product updates from ChatHub via the email linked with your payment account or the email you used to register your account. You can opt-out of this product updates anytime by clicking to the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email. We only send important product updates.
• You won't share the ChatHub account with others.

1.3 Restricted Uses. You agree not to use ChatHub or bots on ChatHub to:

• Violate the rights of another party or any applicable laws;
• Violate any of these Terms or our policies, or policies of third-party providers that power the bots on ChatHub;
• Reverse assemble, reverse compile, decompile, translate or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of models, algorithms, and systems of ChatHub, the bots, or their underlying technologies;
• Abuse, harm, interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt ChatHub, the bots, or their underlying technologies, such as by accessing or using them in fraudulent or deceptive ways, introducing malware, or spamming, hacking, or bypassing any protective measures;
• Use ChatHub in an automated fashion, such as by exceeding any rate limits set forth by us from time to time;
• Use ChatHub or the bots to develop products, applications, services, foundation models or other large scale models that compete with ChatHub;
• Use any method to extract data from ChatHub or the bots, including web scraping, web harvesting, or web data extraction methods, other than as permitted by these ChatHub Terms of Service.

3. Refund Policy.

All purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us.

The refund amount is calculated proportionally based on the number of days you have used the service.

Example: If you purchased a monthly subscription for $19 and request a refund after using the service for 3 days out of a 30-day billing cycle, your refund amount would be calculated as: $19 × (27 unused days ÷ 30 total days) = $17.1.
